This Ben would tell you that one, you should stay away from Heim jointed steering such as BC or stone crusher and there are others. If you do decide to buy the heim steering make sure to get a secondary capture mechanism to keep the nuts on in case they seize and then decide to depart the bronco while driving at 65mph or so.

I also run a similar setup on my rock crawler Dana 60- tie rod over. It is tucked up pretty well from rocks, but nothing is ever safe!!

I have it on my Bronco, with an aluminum rad, but it was designed for it. It turns the 33" tires easily with a smaller steering wheel, 3 1/2 turns lock to lock. I went with the Stone Crusher steering linkage, so I had no cutting/welding to get things linked up. If I had it to do over, I would have probably gone with the 4X4X2 setup.
