Brazil-based cement company, Votorantim Cimentos, has inaugurated a new cement plant in Sivas, Turkey, continuing the expansion of the company's strategy of investing in markets with high growth potential. The new plant will replace an old facility in Sivas, which is about 500 m from the Turkish capital, Ankara, and 900 km from Istanbul.
