I used the 2nd edition and the 5th edition until I wore the books out. I wrote my own conveyor calculation program utilizing these books and what used to take me a whole weekend to calculate I could do easily in 10 to 15 minutes. The 5th edition is really great. I did not like the 6th or the 7th edition at all and refused to use them.
