Grasberg Block Cave Mine in Papua, Indonesia, was the largest copper-producing mine in the Asia-Pacific, producing approximately 26.36 million metric tons per annum (mmtpa) of Run-of-Mine (ROM) in 2021 and an estimated 295.5 thousand tonnes of Copper in 2021. The Grasberg Block Cave Mine is owned by PT Inalum and is due to operate until 2041.
